Designed and built on Martha's Vineyard, Tom Hale designed the Vineyard Vixen specifically for small boat cruising on the challenging waters of Vineyard Sound and Buzzards Bay.
The boat handles chop well and sails stoutly to windard with her split underbody and skeg hung rudder.
The current owner has been hard at work adding upgrades and doing regularly maintenance.
Doyle main and 110% jib are in excellent condition. Less than 7 yrs old.
Simrad tiller pilot, Garmin Echmap 50s chartplotter, Airmar depth tranducer, and a Standard Horizon VHF radio were added in 2022.
Equipped with a Harken jib furler and the original club jib boom is available.
The galley has a new Origo alcohol stove top.
The Cabin has new upholstry
The original Volvo MD7 diesel engine has a new exhaust elbow,
