There are two staterooms and one head with a salon settee which can be converted to a third berth with filler cushions if needed. Headroom in the cabin is reported to be 6'6".
Aluminum entry door from the cockpit is hinged with a top half opening window and screen and a keeper latch to hold the door open. Outside under the overhang there is a 12V dome light.

L-shaped settee to aft portside with Tan Ultrasuede cushions and navy blue piping trim. By the entry door there is a Sabre fitted tool drawer and further forward two more storage drawers beneath the settee. Two navy blue decorative pillows are on the settee.
Teak Hi-Low varnished top rectangular table with Maplewood center and compass rose inlay. This table has fasteners to hold it in place when underway, although it is easily removable.
Settee along the starboard side with C-shaped backrest cushions. There are three drawers beneath the seating area.
To the starboard side forward is the lower helm and a Cherrywood bench seat with matching cushions and a deckhouse sliding door to the outboard side. The backrest to the bench seat is hinged and when folded down is like a tabletop which can suffice as a serving area or chart table. Beneath this bench inboard is a door with a bottle storage/dry bar rack and on the forward side is another cabinet with extra storage. Forward of the bench seat below the helm wheel is an angled Cherrywood footrest.
To the portside forward is a desk or table with a fiddle molding edge. Here towards the front is where the TV is mounted on a swivel base. On the front of the deck are USB power plug-ins and a 12v power inlet. The top lifts up and has great glovebox storage an the Bose Lifestyle stereo unit is located in here also. There is a free-standing dual drink holder here as well as a single by the helm.
Floor level courtesy lights and low voltage mood lighting beneath the teak valance panels. The interior lighting throughout was upgraded to LED. Forward above the lower helm and desk are a couple of 12V dome lights with individual switches. The headliner is a perforated sound dampener with wood accent batons across and a teak sea rail down the center for safe passage.
It's 4 steps down to the companionway with hatch access to the forward bilge areas. There is also notable storage beneath each of the stairway steps.
MASTER STATEROOM:
Beautiful Cherrywood cabinetry and overhead trim. There is a centerline tapered Queen berth with a 6-inch memory foam mattress. There are cove cabinets with rolling tambour sliding doors outboard and above the berth. Below the cove cabinets, there is hull sheathing which is contrasting lighter colored wood, possibly maple. Two DC reading lights on flexible mounts are on the cherry headboard. At just below bed level there are cherry shelves to either side of the berth. Overhead is a large opening hatch with Oceanair sliding screen or shade. Additional natural light is through opening rectangular portlights to either side above. To the portside aft on the side shelf is a mounted Toshiba flat panel TV (with CD player) and further forward is a large mirror on the back of the private entry door to the head compartment. To the starboard side is a bureau with a cedar lined locker behind and three large drawers. Hinged solid cherry privacy door. Additionally, drawers and lockers are under the berth and outboard below the shelves.
GUEST CABIN:
This area is open to the companionway with arch-top double doors and could be used for an additional lounge or reading room. Ultrasuede lounge that matches salon seating can sleep one or be converted by pull out to a double berth. There are reading lights forward and aft above. Outboard is that lighter wood hull sheathing and two louver door opening cherry cabinets with bookshelves between. Two drawers and a cabinet are below the berth and a cedar lined hanging locker forward. This room also has its own A/C with digital thermostat. Also above is a small opening deck hatch and a rectangular opening portlight as in the forward stateroom.
HEAD and SHOWER:
Corian vanity top with teak fiddle trim, there is an undermounted white sink with chrome single lever faucet. Sliding door cabinets for supplies and sundries above and below the countertop. There is a 110V outlet and an exhaust fan as well as an overhead opening hatch and a rectangular opening portlight. Fiberglass non-skid sole and a freshwater electric head with a TankWatch holding tank level indicator. A separate shower stall which is open to the inboard side and separated from the vanity by a clear plexiglass panel. A teak seat and wet locker below and a wand shower with a towel locker aft.
Galley is down to the portside and arranged in a U-shaped counter configuration with fiddle railing. Corian countertops with top-opening cubby access in the outboard corners. Cabinets are satin finished Cherrywood.

Varnish was stripped and rebuilt in 2020 and received further finish coats in 2022. Varnished teak consists of a full toe railing, deckhouse half-round, lower flybridge trim, side running light/nameboards, pilot door and aft deck shelf trims and flybridge table / chart table trim.

Mounted stainless steel CQR-style plow anchor (20kg) with chain and nylon rode plus securing safety line. There are two fender/anchor lockers on foredeck with a second chain and rode inside and a backup Fortress anchor (2019) stored in the aft lazarette. There is also a saltwater washdown for anchor rinsing with quick connect hose outlet to portside of the windlass. There is also an outlet for freshwater washdown.

There are four opening Bomar hatches with tinted lenses on the forward deckhouse top. Two are larger, one over the master stateroom (replaced 2019) and second over the companionway. The two smaller hatches are over the head compartment and the guest stateroom. There is a sliding pilothouse door to the starboard side next to the lower helm. Due to a cosmetic issue with peeling powder coated frames, all the deckhouse windows have been replaced with new Bomon anodized aluminum framed windows (2018). These windows are slide opening and were fitted with screens (2019). The forward deckhouse and forward side windows have snap on Textiline mesh shade covers. The forward windows also have windshield wipers. Above the side deckhouse windows and at horizontal at the aft end of the deckhouse are stainless handrails for safer movements around the decks when underway. There are also low-level courtesy lights on the outboard side midship between two chrome intake vents which supply engine room air.
Heading back to the cockpit, there is a fiberglass swim platform with teak decking. A pull-up Hurley davit system is stored and a pair of stainless-steel St. Croix removable dingy davits with hand winches are mounted on the transom (both davit systems 2018). Between the mounts is an insert for a teak flagstaff that is stored inside the cabin. To the starboard side is a walk-through transom door. Just inside the door is a freshwater hot/cold hand shower station. On the cockpit deck there are three hinged opening gasketed hatches with access to the rudder gear and storage below. The aft corners have chrome hawser line openings and there are small pop-up cleats on the sides for tender tie up or hanging fenders. There is also one flush fishing rod holder on either side. The deck has a drainage trough aft with scupper drains in the corners. Molded in storage shelves with teak trim are beneath the gunwales. Forward on the bulkhead is a white Corian countertop with a molded in sink and freshwater faucet. Below is a two-door storage cabinet. Just outboard of the cabinet is a weatherproof 110V covered outlet. There are two steps up from the cockpit deck to the side decks and one more step up further forward by the front windshield area.
To the starboard side is a gradually pitched stainless steel and teak stepped ladder to the flybridge with handrails to either side. The aft bridge has a freestanding signal mast which is hinged. There is a full 4-sided flybridge enclosure with tan canvas and bimini top which was new in 2017. The two front panels of eisenglass and U-zips were replaced in 2021. There is a tinted Lexan venturi windscreen with stainless steel grabrail surround with the enclosure attached to the top edge of the Lexan.
L-shaped flybridge settee is aft to the portside corner and has a varnished teak oval cocktail table mounted on a removable aluminum stanchion. The table has a compass rose inlay. The settee has comfortable pleated vinyl cushions and there are storage compartments beneath the seats. Two tan Stidd Admiral helm chairs are mounted forward with a clear Lexan chart table in front of the companion seat. There is a 12V power receptacle to the centerline of the helm to accommodate a handheld spotlight or phone charger. Beneath the chart table there are two doors with access to a large storage area beneath the brow as well as to access the back of the helm. There are well fitted canvas covers for the helm, aft settee, cocktail table and Stidd Chairs.
Details found in some of the Sabre factory data: Hull without swim platform is 42'3" with the swim platform the more likely overall length with it included is 45'. The signal mast on the flybridge is hinged and with it lowered and the bimini top down the air draft is reported to be 13'4".
Fresh water is in 2 separate tanks with a dockside water connection aft if desired. Fuel in in a single 5052 Aluminum tank beneath the cockpit. Fuel shutoff valves and electric gauge connections are in a space beneath the salon step. Fuel fills are on either side on the walkaround deck with venting on the hullside.
All electronics were new in 2021. 4 Garmin Nav displays are all multi-function color touchscreens which are network connected by a Garmin backbone. Both helms have Ritchie magnetic PowerDamp compasses and Side Thruster bow and stern thruster toggle controls.
